BurmeseGo is a marketplace platform that connects customers with restaurants, grocery stores, and home-service providers ("Merchants"). We facilitate ordering, bookings, and merchant operations but are not the seller of merchant goods or services unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Merchants may register with email/password or Google Sign-In where available.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Customers

• You must provide accurate delivery or service details when placing orders or bookings.
• Prices, availability, and fulfillment are set by Merchants unless otherwise shown.
• You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges shown at checkout.
• Cancellations and refunds follow merchant policies and applicable platform rules.

4. Merchants

• You must submit truthful business information and valid registration documents where required.
• Your business listing remains subject to admin approval before going live.
• You are responsible for menu accuracy, food safety, licensing, taxes, and compliance with local laws.
• You must fulfill orders and bookings you accept through the Service in a timely and professional manner.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse APIs except as permitted.
• Upload malware, infringing content, or false business documents.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by BurmeseGo or its licensors. Merchants retain ownership of their own content (menus, images, descriptions) and grant us a license to display it on the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. MERCHANT QUALITY, DELIVERY TIMES, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ARE NOT WARRANTED BY US.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BURMESEGO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BurmeseGo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
