• Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), and role (customer, merchant, admin, or kitchen).
• Authentication data: for Google Sign-In, we receive your Firebase user ID, email, and display name from Google via Firebase Authentication. We do not receive your Google password.
• Business information (merchants): business name, type, address, location coordinates, contact details, and business registration documents you upload.
• Order and booking data: items ordered, delivery addresses, payment method selection, order status, and home-service booking details.
• Device and push notifications: FCM device tokens when you enable notifications in the browser or mobile app.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Process orders, bookings, and merchant operations.
• Send transactional messages (order updates, email verification, password reset).
• Send push notifications you opt into.
• Improve the Service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

• Service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email, SMS/OTP, Firebase/Google Cloud, maps, and payment-related infrastructure).
